Word Wednesday

“ I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.” -Psalm 130:5 (NIV)

Many Christians experienced situations where things don’t go as planned. We come to many conclusions as to why our plans don’t work out; sometimes blaming others in an attempt to ease the pain of disappointment. As you read and study his word, you will understand that our plans for our lives may not be the plans God has for us. I encourage you to seek him daily, in ALL things, for wisdom and guidance. Be obedient to the directions of the Holy Spirit. No matter how hard it appears, even when you think you have all the answers, wait for spiritual guidance. Always remember, God’s plans for us are far greater than the plans we have for ourselves. His plans protect us from the evils of the world and sometimes from ourselves. There is peace in waiting on God and his perfect will for our lives. Expect the great promises of God!
