"Whoever needs discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray." -Proverbs 10:17 (NIV)

We were brought here knowing nothing at all. Everything we know and do has been learned. One way of learning is through discipline. Discipline is a way of correcting an action. Discipline is not always comfortable but it is needed. The choices we make don't determine just our destination; they also impact the people we are around. Your one wrong doing that isn’t corrected or goes ignored may lead a sheep away.

Often times we get caught up in our day to day activities and we don’t think about what we are doing, not doing, or who is watching. We must gain self-control and become more disciplined in our lives and accept correction from others.

Truth and wisdom will take us much further than foolishness and arrogance. Be humbled by the knowledge God has placed in front of you despite where it is coming from. Allow the discipline you receive to empower you to influence someone else. By doing this you are now leading the ones watching you to the Truth of the Lord.
