Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. -2 Corinthians 13:11 (NKJV)
As Christians, we have special relationships with each other. Have you ever met someone and after only talking for a few minutes you felt a connection and then found out that they too are a Christian? The Bible tells us that as Christians we must be a source of encouragement to others. We must help our fellow brothers and sisters. However, I’m sure there is someone that you just don’t seem to mesh well with and you’ve had conflict with them. Possibly due to a misunderstanding or because of different personalities. Today, I want to remind you that any issues you have with another individual can be solved through Jesus Christ. We can overcome the differences and live in peace with one another. Let’s tear down the walls that have been built to divide by praying, seeking counsel, and communicating. God has called us to live in peace and he has provided everything we need to do so. I encourage you to allow The Holy Spirit to control you so that people can see the God in you which continues to create peace and comfort among each other.
